Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the PETS OTC website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the site.
Products & Orders
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.
Shipping & Returns
Shipping. We ship within the United States only. Shipping is sent by ground service, and the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your order and address — it is not free or flat-rate. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and ground transit typically takes 3–5 business days after the order ships.
Returns. If you want to return an order, contact us within 30 days. Only unopened products can be returned. Return shipping is arranged and paid for by the customer. Email support@petsotc.com to start a return.
Product Use
PETS OTC products are designed as supplements and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Use as directed. Consult your veterinarian if symptoms continue or worsen.

Limitation of Liability
PETS OTC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
