Road trip preparation for dogs
The complete pre-departure checklist for safe, smooth, and nausea-free road trips with your dog.

One week before the trip
- Schedule any needed vet check-ups
- Confirm dog-friendly stops and overnight accommodations
- Run two short 20–30 minute practice drives if your dog is travel-sensitive

The day before

Departure day
